This presentation is the second of an eight-part series focused on the impact of COVID on various legal focuses.
This presentation will examine the COVID-19 crisis and its effect on businesses and bankruptcy. It will examine bankruptcy issues for businesses and give insight on how bankrupt businesses (or possible bankrupt businesses) can navigate through the bankruptcy legal system. The presentation will cover topics such as valuation/cash flow issues and legal issues arising from bankruptcy.
