John S. Leonard is a manager at Vallit Advisors, LLC. Since 2017, he has provided forensic and valuation litigation services as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in Virginia and Washington, DC, and as an Accredited Business Valuator by the AICPA. He has testified as an expert witness over 20 times in the areas of business valuation, income determination, property distribution, tax, bankruptcy, and damage calculations. He has testified in the Virginia counties of Fairfax, Loudoun, Arlington, and Prince William, Bucks County, PA, State Tax Commissioner of West Virginia, and US District Court E.D. VA.

John was elected to the 2024-2025 Virginia Society of CPAs, Northern Chapter, Board of Directors. He was appointed as the Treasurer and liaison to the Forensic and Valuations Services (FVS) Special Interest Group.
