Lawrence M. Pullen Joins Vallit Advisors as Director
The Managing Members at Vallit Advisors are pleased to announce the addition of Lawrence Pullen, CPA/ABV/CFF, CVA, ASA, to the firm. He will be assuming the role of Director at the Firm’s Annapolis Office, with a focus in business valuation, forensic accounting and dispute consulting.
Prior to joining Vallit Advisors, Larry served as a Principal and leader of Ellin & Tucker’s Forensic and Valuation Services Group. His relationship with many of Vallit’s team members goes back to their days working together at Ellin & Tucker.

With over 25 years of experience in public accounting, Larry has held positions ranging from working as an auditor for a regional public accounting firm as well as a senior analyst for a business valuation firm. Over the years, he has cultivated an impressive portfolio of forensic accounting, dispute and valuation expertise. A well-rounded professional who strives to further his career outside of office hours, Larry is also involved in a considerable number of professional and civic organizations including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), and the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).
Larry received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland College Park. He continued to further his industry education by obtaining a considerable amount of professional credentials including Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV), Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA).
