Mr. Mark W. Norris has an extensive and diverse background in finance, accounting, litigation services, capital transactions and valuation theory that allows him to provide the best services for our clients across various industries.

Mr. Charles W. Rains has decades of experience performing business valuation and litigation support services, including commercial damage calculations, lost profit analyses, forensic accounting, bankruptcy and intellectual property valuations.

As a managing member at Vallit Advisors, Chris Rosenthal has over 30 years of dispute consulting, forensic accounting and valuation experience. Chris’s practice is focused on dispute consulting and expert witness testimony in a wide variety of complex litigation matters.

As a managing member at Vallit Advisors, Kris has over 24 years of experience the last 20 of which have been solely focused on dispute consulting, forensic accounting and business valuation as well as expert witness testimony in complex litigation matters.

Scott Cobb has 20 years of financial advisory expertise. He has notable experience in Investment Banking, Valuation, Due Diligence, Financial Planning and Analysis, Financial Modeling, and Investor Relations across a broad range of industries including government contracting, private equity and venture capital.

As a Director with more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, Larry is well versed and dedicated to providing services in all types of business valuations, commercial damages and forensic accounting matters.

John S. Leonard is a manager at Vallit Advisors, LLC. Since 2017, he has provided forensic and valuation litigation services as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), licensed in Virginia and Washington, DC, and as an Accredited Business Valuator by the AICPA.

Andrew Roper, CPA, CFE is a Manager at the firm who is responsible for providing skilled lost profit and claim analysis as well as forensic accounting and investigative services, litigation support services, contract analysis and related accounting services.

Connor J. Thurman is a Manager at Vallit Advisors, LLC.  He has over 6 years of experience in business valuation, tangible and intangible asset appraisal, and various other litigation services.

Alexis serves as a Supervisor at Vallit Advisors and primarily focuses on business valuation and forensic accounting. She also assists in the development of analyses and report preparation for a variety of cases including marital dissolution, commercial damage matters, shareholder dissolution, estate and gift tax valuation and transaction assignments.

As a supervisor at Vallit Advisors, Malone E. Mislak provides analysis for business valuation, economic damages and forensic accounting engagements.

As a Senior Analyst, Archibald provides support on business valuation, forensic accounting, and dispute advisory engagements as well as report preparation for a variety of cases.

Nia is a driven and dedicated finance and accounting professional. At Vallit, she is an analyst on our team of accounting and valuation specialists.

Katie Desotell is an analyst on the Vallit Advisors team. She provides a role in forensic accounting, business valuation, as well as dispute engagements.

Bryan Endres joined Vallit Advisors as an intern in November of 2022 and is currently serving as an analyst. As an analyst, he assists with engagements involving business valuation, dispute advisory, and forensic accounting.

Victoria Smith joined Vallit Advisors as a Financial Administrator in October of 2022. As a Financial Administrator, Victoria provides support on the financial operations.

Julie has over 25 years of experience in management, office administration, and human resources. She is very detail-oriented.

Beth Seeley began working part-time with Vallit Advisors upon their formation to assist with office administration. In her role, Beth has helped develop and implement work processes to streamline engagement management.
